We ship USPS Ground Advantage* by default.
Some pieces are made-to-order and may require a processing and production time of 3 to 7 days before shipping. For expedited shipping choose USPS Priority or get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Please note: If your package has not arrived, but USPS tracking has marked it as "delivered," please follow up with the recommended steps listed here. We are not responsible for packages after they are marked "delivered" but we will do our best to help you investigate.
We may choose to add "signature required" at delivery for some one-of-a-kind or high value orders. This is to protect your purchase from mis-delivery or theft.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority. Packages are usually delivered to U.S. addresses within 2-5 business days. Shipping times are not guaranteed by the post office and can sometimes take longer, especially during holidays or inclement weather.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING via USPS First Class international or USPS Priority Mail International
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail or USPS Priority Mail International. The shipping price includes insurance. Shipping times vary by country but reach most destinations in 2-4 weeks. Delivery times are not guaranteed and tracking may not be available once the package leaves the US.
Please note: Taxes and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. If an order is refused by customs, you’ll be refunded after we receive the returned order, minus a $5 restocking fee and shipping cost. We recommend looking into your local customs laws and fees to avoid any surprises.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept new, unworn items for return or exchange when you contact us with 7 days of your delivery date for online orders or date of purchase for in-person sales.
Send us an email with your return or exchange request and we'll let you know the next steps. Please include your order number or proof of purchase. Once approved, please return your item within two weeks.
Some sale items or custom orders may not be eligible for returns. Final sale items will be noted on product pages. Refund eligibility for custom orders will be established at the onset of your project. We only take returns and exchanges for items purchased in our online shop, at our Pike Place location, or in person events. We don't take exchanges for items purchased at our stockists.
RETURNING YOUR JEWELRY
Delza is not responsible for returns that become damaged or lost in the mail. Please pack your item securely in its original gift box. You may want to include insurance and/or tracking when you return your item.
