This natural Wonderstone necklace features a fascinating pattern you won’t find elsewhere.
Through a lapidary technique called stone intarsia, we sliced into wonderstone’s natural banding to create an all-new design. The stone is double-sided with a zigzag pattern on the front and a single cut of Wonderstone on the back.
The instarsia is framed in an open-back setting, so you can appreciate the natural curved banding of this material. The design is like a "before and after," reminding us that everything can be reshaped and reconsidered to create something new.

About Wonderstone
Wonderstone is a type of volcanic rock known for gorgeous, colorful banding with red, orange, and cream hues. Found in Utah, this material’s unmistakable appearance reflects the magic and awe of the desert environment from which it is found.
In geology terms, Wonderstone is classified as a rhyolite or welded-vitric rhyolitic tuff. Metaphysically, it’s thought to be a grounding stone that can support emotional stability while also amplifying creative expression and inspiration.
